NOTICE OF
FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State
of California, has set after the hour of 10:00 A.M. TUESDAY, MARCH 27, 2012 in the
Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as
the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of:
LANDS OF SHARP AND HARRIS, 26958 Dezahara Way; File #283-11-
ZP-SD-GD; A request for a Site Development Permit for 4,981 square
foot two story new residence, a 2,035 square foot basement, and a 592
square foot swimming pool. (Maximum height 26'8") CEQA Review:
Categorical Exemption per Section 15303 (a)&(e) (staff -Brian Froelich).
The file for the application is at the Office of the City Clerk at the Los Altos Hills Town
Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California and may be reviewed at that
location upon request.
All interested persons may appear and be heard at said time and place. Written
communications should be filed at Town Hall prior to the date of the hearing. Court
challenges to the action of the Site Development Committee, Planning Commission, or
City Council may be limited to issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice,
or in written correspondence received at Town Hall at, or prior to, the public hearing.

Mare Shibuya: Stated support for the applicant.
Adolf Pfefferbaum: Stated concerns over view loss, a two-story residence on the site,
building siting related to a spring on the property, and lack of neighborhood outreach by
the applicant. He was also concerned with the applicant's interaction with the
Architectural Control Committee.
Gun Wasthholm: Questioned the colors and materials.
Kathy Newton Scheible: Stated concern over applicant's interaction with the ACC and
objected to a two-story residence on the site.
Mark Scheible: Stated concerns over drainage and overflow at the existing sewer
manhole below the property.
David Bernstein: Stated concern over the project's eligibility for Fast -Track and had
concern over the applicant's interaction with the ACC.
Lily Shibuya: Stated her concern over the amount of conflict at the hearing and supported
the project.
