NOTICE OF
SITE DEVELOPMENT PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State
of California, has set after the hour of 10:00 A.M. TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2012
in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills,
California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of:
LANDS OF JAKATDAR & SHROFF, 25252 Fremont Road; File #194-
12-ZP-SD; A request for a fence and a Site Development Permit for a
landscape screening plan for anew 5,490 square foot two story residence
and a detached 332 square foot secondary dwelling unit approved at the
February "24;- 2009 Fast Track fiearing: -CEQA review:- -Categorical
Exemption per Section 15304 (b). (Staff -Nicole Horvitz).
The file for -the application is at the Office of City Clerk at the Los. Altos Hills Town
Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California and may be reviewed at that
location upon request.
All interested persons may appear and be heard at said time and place. Written
communications should be filed prior to the date of the Hearing. If you challenge the
action of the Site Development Hearing, Planning Commission, or the City Council in
court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the
public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the
Town at, or prior to, the public hearing. Further details may be obtained from the
