HomeMy WebLinkAbout91-84 ^' p • RESOLUTION NO. 91-84 RESOLUTION APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENTS BETWEEN THE PARNAS PROPERTY AND THE LOVE PROPERTY RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that WHEREAS, R. S. Love and Norma A. Love as Trustees of the Love Living Trust Agreement dated March 9, 1983 are the owners of the real property located in the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills and described as "Lot 5, Tract No. 6518, filed in Map recorded August 27, 1984 in Book 448, page 35, Recorded in Santa Clara County, California," herein called the "LOVE PROPERTY"; and WHEREAS, Parnas Corporation is the owner of the real property located in the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills and described as "Lot 6, Tract No. 6518, filed in Map recorded August 27, 1984 in Book 448, page 35, Recorded in Santa Clara County, California," herein called the "PARNAS PROPERTY"; and WHEREAS, R. S. Love and Norma A. Love and the Parnas Corporation each desire to adjust the lot line between Lot 5 and Lot 6 whereby a portion of Lot 5 would be conveyed to and added to Lot 6, and whereby a portion of Lot 6 would be conveyed to an added to Lot 5; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the adjustments of the lot lines of Lots 5 and 6 which lots are continguous one to the other, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED AND ORDERED as follows: ,sv - ' • 1. The proposed lot line adjustments between Lot 5 and 6 are between two existing adjacent lots, and the respective portion of the land to be taken from Lot .5 would be added to Lot 6, and the respective portion of the land taken from Lot 6 would be added to Lot .5. 2. Approval of the lot line adjustments would not result in a greater number of parcels than originally existed being created thereby. 3. Pursuant to the authority of Subsection (d) of Section 66412 of the Government Code of California, the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves the lot line adjustments referred to above. 4. The new boundary lines between the two lots described above is more particularly described in the "Tentative Map for Lot Line Adjustment, Lands of Parnas" and dated received August 21, 1984 by the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills and on file in the office of the City Engineer thereof. 5. The foregoing lot line adjustment is approved subject to the following conditions: (a) Parnas Corporation as the owner of the Parnas Property shall (i) Cause a parcel map with the title "Lot Line Adjustment" to be prepared and filed with the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills (herein called the "TOWN") for recordation with the County Recorder, and which parcel map shall comply with the provisions of the Town's subdivision Ordinance and the California Subdivision Map Act, to the satisfaction of the City Engineer, and which parcel map shall be filed with the Town not more than two years from the date of approval. (ii) Submit an executed Agreement between Parnas Corporation and R.S. Love and Norma A. Love as Trustees of the Love Living Trust Agreement providing for relocation of the Sewer Lateral on the Love Property pursuant to correspondence from the Trustees dated July 30, 1984 and to the satisfaction of the Town Planner.
