RESOLUTION NO. 95-84
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN
OF LOS ALTOS HILLS FURTHER AMENDING THE CONDITIONS OF
APPROVAL FOR THE TENTATIVE MAP OF THE MATADERO CREEK
SUBDIVISION, TRACT NO. 7187
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos
Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that
WHEREAS , the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills on July 1 , 1981
adopted the Conditions of Approval for the Tentative Map of the Matadero
Creek Subdivision, Tract No. 7187 ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council heretofore adopted Resolution No. 1508
on December 15 , 1982 which restated therein all amendments to the
Conditions of Approval made prior to December 15 , 1982 as well as the
amendments to said Conditions of Approval made on December 15 , 1.982; and
WHEREAS , the City Council now desires to further amend said
Conditions as hereinafter stated,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as
follows :
1 .. The City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills
hereby further amends the Conditions of Approval for the Tentative Map
of the Matadero Creek Subdivision, Tract No . 7187 , as follows:
(a) Paragraph 7 .B. hereby is amended by amending the
Maximum Development Area for Lot 20 to read as follows:
7 .B. The maximum development area in square feet
for each lot is :

The increase in the Maximum Development Area for Lot 20
is approved to allow placement of the walkway on Lot 20 suitable for
wheelchair access, and constitutes an increase of 580 square feet.
(b) . Paragraph 7 .C. hereby is amended by amending the maxi-
mum elevation of structure on Lot 17 as follows :

The increase in the maximum elevation of structures on
Lot 17 is approved to allow an increase of not more than three (3)
feet in elevation.
(c) Concerning Lot 17 , the request to locate a portion of
the residence and swimming pool outside of the Building Site Circle
hereby is approved, and the City Council expressly finds and deter-
mines that the principles set forth in the "Conditions, Covenants and
Restrictions" for this Subdivision will be better served by approval
of the request in accordance with the amendments to Condition 7 .0 of
the Conditions of Approval approved on June 2 , 1982.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 19th day of September, 1984 .
