RESOLUTION NO. 99-84
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED AND ORDERING
RECORDATION THEREOF
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of The Town of Los
Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the
Grant Deed conveying an easement for pedestrian and equestrian
'pathway purposes and executed on behalf of Northwoods Properties,
Inc. , Ronald L. Greene, Inc. , and T. A. Dolton Enterprises , Inc. ,
in which Grant Deed the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills , a
municipal corporation, is named as Grantee, be and it is hereby
accepted, and the City Clerk of the City of the Town of Los Altos
Hills be, and she hereby is directed and ordered to cause said
Grant Deed to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the
County of Santa Clara, , State of California.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this- 5th day of December, 1984 .

PATHWAY EASEMENT

This casement is for pedestrian and equestrian pathway purposes and is
contiguous to the northwest property line of Lot 2, as shown on the
recorded map of "Tract No. 2195" in Book 99 of `laps at Page 32, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, and more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the northeast cornar of said Lot 2, located in the
westerly right-of-way line of Elena Avenue as presently established,
being also the True Point of Beginning of this legal description;
Thence South 71030'00" West 259.24 feet(259.90 record) along the
northwesterly property line of Lot 2 to the northwest property corner;
Thence South 18030'00" East 10.00'feet along the westerly property
line to an angle point;
Thence North 71030'00" East 84.00 feet to an angle point;
Thence Neth 18030'00" Nest 5.00 feet to an angle point;
Thence North 71030'00" East 46.00 feet co an angle point;
Thence South 030'00" East 5.00 feet to an angle point; .
Thence North 71030'00" East 130.41 feet more or less to the easterly
w,+ property line of Lot 2, being also the westerly right-of-way line of
Elena Avenue;
Thence North 25010'00" West 10.07 feet along the easterly property
line of. -.Lot 2 to the True Point of Beginning.
