A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS
HILLS REGARDING SIGNATURE OF WARRANTS AND CHECKS.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos
Hills , California, that
Withdrawal of funds of the Town (except from the City
Manager's expense account) on deposit with those banks and
depositaries with which the Town maintains accounts , shall
be made upon the signature of any one Councilman and any one
designated staff member, and that funds of the Town on deposit
in the City Manager's's exP ense account shall be withdrawn upon
the signature either of the City Manager or of the City Clerk-
Treasurer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following are City
Councilmen authorized to execute checks on behalf of the Town:
Wm. Ross Aiken
Walter A. Benson
Mary C. Davey
Stanley Grabowski
Leslie Helgesson
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following staff
members are designated as authorized to sign checks on
behalf of the Town:
Murl M. Fritschle, City Manager
Ted J. Kluzek, City Clerk-Treasurer
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said officers be and they
are hereby authorized to endorse and receive payment of bills
and notes payable to the Town, and all of said banks and
depositaries are hereby authorized to pay any such instruments
so endorsed and presented to them for payment, including those
drawn to the individual order of any officer or other person
authorized to sign the same,
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the authority herein

conferred shall remain in full force and effect until written
notice of revocation thereof by the City Council shall have been
received by said banks and depositaries , and that the City Clerk-
Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to send to each of
said banks and depositaries a certified copy of this resolution
and to certify to such banks and depositaries the true and
correct signatures of the above named officers .
I, TED J. KLUZEK, City Clerk-Treasurer, do hereby certify
that I am the duly appointed qualified and acting City Clerk-
Treasurer of the Town of Los Altos Hills , a Municipal corporation
organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
State of California, and I further certify that the foregoing
is a full, true and correct copy of the resolution adopted at
a meeting of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills ,
duly and regularly held on the 4th day of May, 1970, at which
a quorum of said council was present and acting, and I further
certify that said resolution is in full force and effect and
has not been vacated or set aside, and that the signatures of
the respective officers of said Town appearing on the signature
cards delivered herewith are the true signatures of the
respective officers whose signatures they purport to be.
