September 15, 1962
The Regular Meeting of Planning Commission of the Town of Los Altos 'fills
was called to order Saturday, September 15, 1962 at 8:45 F. Y. by icting
Chairman Alexander C. Prentice at the Town 'fall, 26379 Fremont Rd., Los
Altos Hills. California.
ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Commissioners Garbett, Hawley, Mellquist, Acting
Chairman Prentice
ABSENT: Commissioners Alter, Hibner, Chairman Bowler
MINUTES: September 6, 1962.
Approval of Minutes deferred to October 4, 1962.

1. Date for Fath District Public Hearings.
ACTION:
That a Public Hearing on Paths for Zone No. 4 be held at the
next regular meeting, October 4, 1962 at 9:00 F. M.
MOTION: Mellquist; SECOND: Garbett; VOTE: Passed unanimously
VARIANCES:
1: Murph , Hayne (V-120-62) - Request for Reduction of Setback Requirement.

That the request of Hayne Murphy (V-120-62) be approved as
presented.
MOTION: Mellquist; SECOND: Hawley; VOTE: Passed unanimously
DIVISIONS OF LAND:

RECOMPTEND ^:TION :
That the Map of Alan Cranston (232-62) 3 lots be disapproved
because the conditions set forth at the meeting of August 26,
1962 have not been complied with.
MOTION: F.ellquist;
Lost for lack of Second.
The Subdivider's Engineer withdrew the Map.
