CALL TO ORDER (4:00 PM)

Present: Council Member Mordo, Vice Mayor Waldeck, Council Member
Summit, Council Member Radford
Absent: Mayor Larsen

1. AGENDA REVIEW
There were no changes to the agenda.
2. PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR Persons wishing to address the Council
on any subject not on the agenda may do so now. Please complete a Sneaker Card
located on the back table of the Council Chambers and submit it to the City Clerk.
Comments are limited to two (2) minutes per speaker. California law prohibits the
Council from Ructing on items that do nota ear on theagenda. Under a Resolution
previously adopted by the Council such items can be referred to staff for
appropriate action, which may include placement on the next available agenda.
There were no presentations from the floor.
3. PUBLIC HEARING
A. MORA DRIVE ANNEXATION• Hearing to Consider Adoption of a Resolution to
Approve Annexation for the Unincorporated Mora Drive Area Consistingt of

Ex parte communications. Council Member Mordo stated he had no contact;
Council Member Radford stated that he spoke on the telephone with Enrique
Klein; Council Member Summit stated she had no contact; Vice Mayor Waldeck
reported that he had an email exchange with Mr. Linebarger resulting in receiving
his PowerPoint Presentation from the October 18, 2012 meeting.
City Attorney Steve Mattas presented the staff report.
Council discussion ensued.
Vice Mayor Waldeck opened the PUBLIC HEARING.
Forest Linebarger, Unincorporated Santa Clara County, requested that his letter
be entered into the public record.
Peter McSweeney, San Antonio Hills Homeowners Association, Los Altos,
spoke in support of the annexation.
Vice Mayor Waldeck closed the PUBLIC HEARING.

Council Member Radford asked the City Attorney what options are before the
Council.
City Attorney Steve Mattas outlined the options.
MOTION MADE AND SECONDED: Council Member Mor lo moved to adopt
Resolution 63 12 of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills Makmy,
Determinations and Approving the Annexation of Territory Designated as Mora
Drive Consisting of 24 Parcels EncoMpassing EncompassingAssessor Parcel Numbers: 331-14-
