RESOLUTION NO. 408
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS
ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS IN TRACT NO. 4116
WHEREAS, certain street and drainage improvements and
other public improvements were required to be constructed
and installed as a condition of approval of the final Map
of Tract No. 4116, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified that said
improvements have been completed, except for:
1. Installation of street name, stop and
no through street signs,
2 . Installation of lot corner posts, and
3. Landscaping along the easterly side of
Altamont Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS that said improvements which
have been completed be and the same are hereby accepted
subject to:
1. Retention of a sum of money estimated
by the Engineer to be sufficient to complete those
improvements not yet completed, as security for the
completion thereof, and
2. Retention of a further sum of money equal to
107. of the total cost of the public improvements for
said Tract, to cover maintenance of landscaping for
two years after acceptance and maintenance of all
other improvements for one year after acceptance.
