RESOLUTION NO. 404
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS
ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS IN MONTEBELLO HEIGHTS
TRACT NO. 4158.
WHEREAS, certain public improvements were required to
be constructed as a condition of approval of Montebello
Heights Tract No. 4158, and
WHEREAS, the Town Engineer has certified that said
improvements have been completed with the exception of land-
scaping required along the Black Mountain side of Altamont
Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said improvements
be and they are hereby accepted with the exception that the
deposit for landscaping shall be retained until the same is
completed, and subject further to maintenance of the other
improvements for a period of one (1) year pursuant to bond
or deposit therefor.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the Town of
Los Altos Hills held on July 17, 1967, by the following roll
call vote:
