RESOLUTION NO. 402
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS
ALTOS HILLSACCEPTINGIMPROVEMENTS IN PINK. HORSE RANCH UNIT
NO. 1, TRACT NO. 1684
WHEREAS, certain street and drainage improvements were
required to be completed as a condition of approval of the
final map of Pink Horse Ranch Unit No. 1, Tract No. 1684 ,
and
WHEREAS, it has been established to the satisfaction of
the City Council that said improvements were installed
according to the original plans and specifications therefor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the Town of Los Altos Hills that said improvements be and the
same are hereby accepted.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true, and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, California, at a
adjourned
regular/meeting held on July 11, 1967, by the following roll
call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Benson, Davey, Fowle, Mayor Henley
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Aiken
