" ' WHEREAS that certain Public Utilities Easement ten feet in
width along the common lines of lots 2, 3 and 4, Tract No. 1118,
Pine Crest Heights Unit No® 1, (except for an anchor easement
twenty feet in length at the northerly end of said Public
Utilities Easement and extending one foot on each side of the
common line of lots 2 and 3 of said Tract) , has never been used
and is not needed for present or prospective public use,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Public Utilities
Easement (except said anchor easement) be and the same is hereby
vacated.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the Town of Los Altos Hills held on March 7th, 1966, by the
following roll call vote:
