RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION: AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
SEWER ASSESSMENT .DISTRICT NO. 1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos
Hills, California, that
= WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 309, -
adopted by said Council on June 21, 1965, and its Resolution
calling for bids on the sale of bonds pursuant thereto, adopted
on January. 3, 1.966, . notice of said sale has. been duly given; .
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed therein for
receiving bids for the purchase of - said bonds, and said bids
' have been received and -publicly opened, examined and declared
_ by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS, ORDERED, as follows
1.. That all written bids received for the purchase of
said bonds, excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are -
hereby, rejected, and that said bonds .be, and they are hereby-,,, . -

as the highesj responsible'bidder therefor, said sale to besub
