RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO 1
RESOLVED, by. the City Council of the Town of Los Altos
Hills, California, that Assessments Nos . 8, 9 and 10 levied
pursuant to Resolution of Intention No 309 adopted by this Council
on June 21, 1965, be, and;. they are hereby, ordered reduced from
31,505 .00 each to $1,285 .00 each, and that; the total of said
assessment be reduced from 521,.070.00 to $20,410 .00 . The Engineer
shall make the reductions either on theface of the assessment or
by filing, an amendment thereto .

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a Resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the 17th day of January, .1966, by the following
